Steel stand only requests and larger B2B/dealer orders are handled manually by individual offer.
Complete set package may include rubber tactical target body, disassembled steel stand, 2 bolts with nuts, Allen key, camouflage net, steel spray stencil, spare mounting spikes and transport box.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order details, product package, price, VAT, shipping method and payment method have been reviewed before submitting the order.
Orders can be paid by available payment methods shown at checkout, including card payment through Stripe or bank transfer / proforma invoice if enabled.
For bank transfer / proforma invoice orders, EKOLEBO may confirm availability, shipping details and payment instructions before processing the order.
Consumers buying online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies.
To request a return, withdrawal or complaint, contact info@ekolebo.eu and include order number, customer name, product/package, reason for contact and photos if the request concerns damage or a defect.
Returned goods should be sent back only after receiving return instructions by email. B2B purchases may be handled under different commercial terms than consumer purchases.
